Follow-up session
Service Description
To book this follow-up visit you will have completed your Initial Consultation. In a follow-up visit we will review how the plan is progressing, how have your symptoms changed (this may require an updated intake form prior to visit), and what is the next stage to move forward with your plan.
Cancellation Policy
The appointment time has been set aside just for you. It would be greatly appreciated if you could advise if you are unable to attend with as much notice as possible so that someone else may be able to use this time. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, the session fee is non-refundable. For Discovery calls there is no fee, however we do still ask for as much notice as possible of cancellation.
